To me, yoga is a form of physical integration. calming the mind and body so much so that peace and ease can return and land within your energy. I could talk for hours about how beneficial yoga is for the body and for mental wellbeing and clarity. as a newly graduated yoga teacher , I will always stay a student on this path and I hope to share my passion for yoga and the physical body, mind and soul with you. Weather that is through my teaching or otherwise. I hope to see you in my class!


Vinyasa / Yin & meditation >

what to expect from my classes & My personal yoga style

  • 75 minute class
  • a build up towards flowing movement – vinyasa flow in combination with longer holds
  • respect for the tradition of yoga (I won’t skip OHM’s)
  • focus on physical alignment, meditation and where possible the theory of the multiple benefits of asanas (yoga-poses)
  • I appraoch yoga mostly as a work-in, whilst challenging the body
  • I only apply physical adjustments if you have given me permission to touch
  • English / Dutch classes (both fluent) with English terms

What I ask of you

  • €20,- p.p. unless mentioned otherwise
  • to let me know about any injuries before class – I want to provide a safe practice for everyone
  • to mention any sensitivities / allergies to incense before class
  • to respect yourself and your fellow students by showing up in time
  • to put your phone away or on silent mode during class
  • to be respectful to the people, space and provided tools around you

Guided meditation >

What to expect

  • a comfortable setup for your body to relax
  • 30 to 45 minute guided meditation
  • starting the physical relaxation process with breath-work
  • a body scan / themed meditation
  • supported with 432HZ sound-bowls / calming music
  • Dutch / English (both fluent)
  • individual guided meditations can be personalised, contact for more information.

What I ask of you

  • €20,- p.p. unless mentioned otherwise
  • to mention any sensitivities / allergies to incense before the guided meditation
  • to respect yourself and your fellow attendees by showing up in time
  • to mention mental / physical sensitivities or concerns before the guided meditation
  • to put your phone off or on silent mode

soundbaths >

What to expect

  • a comfortable setup for your body to relax
  • 45 – 60 minutes soundbath
  • live 432hz cristal bowls 7 tones in D-minor
  • live 432hz handpan D-minor

What I ask of you

  • €25,- p.p. unless mentioned otherwise
  • to mention any sensitivities / allergies to incense before the soundbath
  • to respect yourself and your fellow attendees by showing up in time
  • to put your phone off or on silent mode

AVA – the white heron

Suddenly she appears in sight.. the white heron, as if she has always been there, somewhere, posed gracefully among the whispering reets, mirroring the calmly resting waters, sealed in the morning hues, embraced and framed by the pine forest. 

Statuesk, elegantly dressed in the most ethereal, neutrality.. there she stands in stillness, knowing that once she takes flight, she becomes one with the skies and all they represent, to bring back what she has learned from above, unseen.

I call her AVA, birdlike. She is always with me when I am called to create. She knows me and understands. I know that when I don’t see her, she is floating somewhere in the eternal sky, collecting all I need to know, to gift it to me.. Some day, maybe today, when I become still enough to notice.
